Recently, LifeXperiences organized a conference for 450 participants, taking care of accommodation, transfers, meeting facilities, and catering. In addition to that, the event agency worked out a customized detailed itinerary for the entire stay. From the very first moment, the client had one of the LifeXperiences project managers as its main contact person, handling the entire communication, concept creation and implementation of the conference. All the client’s wishes and requirements were translated into a suitable event concept.
To take the group away from their meeting chair and to stimulate the blood flow, several team building activities were awaiting the group outside the hotel. The fresh sea breeze and lovely summer temperatures provided the best ingredients to refresh the mind and get ready for the second part of the conference. To close off the day, a traditional tapas dinner was organized in an authentic Spanish restaurant, where the participants were able to reflect the day in an informal manner. As a farewell for the congress event on the Balearic Islands the client rewarded his organization team with a catamaran excursion on the Mediterranean Sea organized by Lifexperiences.
